The vision of Directors Gathering is to create a theatre-director-centric community that fosters a vibrant, dynamic, caring, and inclusive ecosystem for theatre directors, promoting diverse ways of directing and sustaining a life-long journey in directing.

Community Building: (DG) fosters a consistent and supportive community for theatre directors through membership, peer advocacy, and shared resource hubs. We offer virtual and in-person gatherings that center connection, dialogue, and mutual support across career stages.
